Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) is a specialized program that provides evidence-based treatment for teens struggling with overcontrol issues.
DBT-C for Children
This unique, child-focused program caters to children with emotional dysregulation and offers comprehensive support for both children and parents.
DBT-A for Adolescents
Our adolescent-focused program addresses the specific needs of adolescents (13-18), featuring weekly individual therapy and multi-family skills groups along with phone coaching.
